Your orders are delivered to the cargo within 3 working days after approval.

For the online orders, the shipping fee is 9 TL.

What should I do if my package is damaged?

Due to the shipping, the packages can arrive damaged. So, you should pay attention to your package whether or not any crush, tear, or wetting on it. In such cases, you should not receive the product and take the statement down by the cargo officer. 

How many days do I have to exchange my purchase?

You have 7 days to exchange your purchase.

Will I pay shipping fee for exchange my purchase?

In case of purchase exchange, you can deliver the product to our address with MNG Kargo by paying only 9 TL shipping fee. 

How many days will it take to receive my exchange products to my address?

After the production control process, your purchase will be exchanged within 7 working days.

How should I return the product?

Returns must be made with the original packaging. In cases of any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing, use and other situations in the product or packaging, and also if the product cannot be returned to the buyer as the same as it was delivered, the product cannot be returned and its cost cannot be refunded. 

What do I do if I have a faulty product?

If the customers declare any faulty product within the 30 days from the date of delivery, they are entitled to return the product, free shipping, free exchange or free repair. 

When will I receive my refund after canceling my order?

If you cancel your order or return the product, your refund will be processed within 7-10working days after receipt of the goods.
